We allocate your job to a qualified local painter based on your location and the scope of work.

Step 4: Detailed Written Quote
Your assigned painter will prepare a detailed written quote and submit it to our team at Adelaide Home Painting.
We review everything to ensure:

Step 5: Formal Quote Sent to You
We then send you a formal, easy-to-understand quote outlining the full scope of work and pricing.

We don’t just send a quote and disappear.

Stage 3: Booking & Scheduling

Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll send through a 20% deposit invoice.
As soon as your deposit is paid:

- Lock in your project
- Schedule a start date with your painter
Stage 4: Painting & Completion
Step 8: Painting Begins
Your allocated painter will begin work on the scheduled date.
Throughout the job, we ensure:

If any variations arise during the project, your painter will notify our team so everything stays documented and approved.
Step 9: Job Completion & Final Checks
Once the painting is complete, your painter will notify Adelaide Home Painting.
We make sure everything has been completed to a high standard before moving to final invoicing.
Stage 5: Invoicing & Wrap-Up
Step 10: Final Invoice & Payment
We’ll send through your final invoice once the job is completed.
At the same time:
- The painter submits their invoice to us
- We process payment to the painter
Once your payment is received, the job is officially marked as complete.

How long will it take to finish my painting project?
The duration of your project depends on the size and detail of the job. Most interior projects take approximately 1-2 weeks, while the exterior jobs take around 2-3 weeks. We will clearly discuss approximate timelines when you schedule your initial consultation.
Will I have to prepare my home before the painters arrive?
We do most of the preparation work, which includes covering furniture and floors. It is beneficial to remove small items and fragile decorations from the rooms we paint.
